The video shows a Taliban man telling a taxi driver he should grow a long beard. He gives him the latest rules put out by the Taliban: no music to be played in the car; don’t drive women and girls who don’t wear Islamic outfits (Hijab); don’t drive women and girls without male accompaniment.
