My friend (who I will refer to as U for her safety) has managed to move to Kabul from the province of her parents’ home in the north east of the country. I suggested she share women’s stories with me and I’ll do my best to publicize them here in Australia, for us to hear details and perspectives we don’t often get.
While she feels safer in Kabul, she writes,
“in this situation going outside to interview some women is difficult. If you want I can share some photos and videos of war and write something about them.”
